Our team is happy to help you and we love to get asked questions! As a team of engineers we really enjoy working with our customers and value that relationship. We feel you should not be charged additional time and materials fees when you call in and ask a question about your Avaya platform, that’s what your support contract is for and we are always here to help our customers.

Our in-house DevOps team has created a unique dashboard and reporting platform that allows our team to manage all aspects of your Avaya environment,  a value add that only intlx Solutions brings to the market. We utilize our own Alarmtraq software that our team actively develops to ensure we are watching your Avaya products with the best monitoring solution available. 

Unique features include keeping track of all your Avaya SSL certificates, all your Avaya applications backed up to the cloud automatically, software management reports, incident and alarm reporting, and access to your CDR data to name a few. This platform is included FREE of charge to our current managed services customers. 

Unlike any other business partner, we also provide FREE traffic reports as part of our monitoring platform.

Serious about security

We take IT security seriously at intlx Solutions. We employ zero-trust network access by all of our team members when accessing your Avaya platforms. To access your devices our team must sign in with their intlx Solutions SSO login credentials, then provide a finger print, faceID or 2 factor authentication token response, and then have the latest version of antivirus software loaded on their laptop. If any of these checks fail the connection will be blocked and our security team will be notified.

All device passwords are stored in an encrypted database where data is not visible without requesting access to that data, and all access requests to username and passwords are logged.

Auto remediation

As the developers of Alarmtraq software we are able to remediate many alerts we see on Avaya products without human intervention. Upon receiving an alert our software will login to your Avaya platform and attempt to resolve the issue. During this time a ticket is created and our platform will update and manage that ticket for you, updating the notes and closing it if able to resolve the issue. This auto triaging of issues saves time and drives consistency in our response to our customers.

We are indeed a multi-vendor partner. We have relationships with dozens of 3rd party manufactures that integrate with Avaya and have expertise in working with these vendors. To name a few, we work with Xima, Taske, Verint, RedSky, OpenText, Spoke, Audiocodes, and more.

Yes! Our team can still engage with you and help you get the support you need, regardless of whether or not you have an existing relationship with another Avaya partner. Additionally, if you feel stuck on a project and not happy with another vendor’s performance we can help you get your project back on track.

Yes we can, our Visualize Dashboards are included free of charge for our managed services customers. That means if you sign a support contract we give you a solution that shows dashboards of all your key Avaya platform items: SSL certs, backups, CDR records, alarm data, temperature data, and software release information. If you are with another partner we do sell our Visualize CX360 Dashboard solution directly to customers. Fill out the contact us form to find out more. 

Yes, our intlx CX360 dashboard offer is able to back up all your Avaya products to the cloud. This is included free of charge for customers who sign up for our managed services. Backups are made available to our customers for download from our CX360 Dashboard interface and are encrypted at rest.
