I currently have a phone system (PBX) that does not support SIP, is there any way your SIP trunking can work with my PBX platform?
Yes, we can work with your older phone system, we are able to deliver our SIP trunking services with a T1 handoff to interface with your phone system.
Does your SIP trunking come with technical support? We currently use a major carrier and find that getting support from them is extremely difficult.

Where are your data centers located that deliver your SIP services?
Our data centers are currently located in Atlanta, GA and Las Vegas, NV.
Do you support faxing services over your SIP trunking?
We do support T.38 faxing for any number you have on our SIP trunking service. In addition these fax numbers can be set to send faxes to an email address at no additional cost. This is not a fax server replacement but for most companies we find this feature to be more than sufficient.
Do you support E911 requirements and do you support any type of alerting for emergency calls?
Great question and the answer is yes we do! Our E911 service is fully compliant with Kari’s Law and the Ray Baum act. We can show you via our portal or you can have our team set up email alerts for any emergency call made to send an email address(es) of your choice.
We need the option for a flexible contract and can’t sign up for multiple years, is this an option with your SIP trunking service?
We currently offer SIP trunking contracts in multiple different contract lengths. Whether you need a 1 year, 1 and a half years or beyond, we are flexible and can size your contract based on your needs.
Our phone systems are multi-vendor, we have one Avaya platform and 2 Mitel platforms, can you work with these platforms?
