Secure Remote Access

At intlx Solutions we take security seriously, both internal and externally for our customers. That is why we lead the way with implementing zero trust access for our internal IT as well as to the systems we support for our customers.
 
Prior to an engineer connecting to a customer's system our tools check the users id via single sign on, the user’s biometric, or response from a 3rd party authenticator application and finally we ensure that the antivirus is up to date on our employees computer. If any of these checks fail we do not let the employee connect and an incident is raised via our internal helpdesk. 

We also support and recommend that our customers accept SEIM logs from our on-site appliance. This provides full transparency into what our team is doing and when.
