There is no requirement to install any java software or other 3rd party plugins at all. Using a web browser, you can drag and drop views you want on your dashboard and click on those views to configure them, focusing on any piece of equipment for more information.

You can also drag and drop a trunk group widget and set it to monitor certain trunks within your system to watch for capacity. This widget below as well as all others will change in real-time as resources are used on the system.

This widget shows you the status of each service running on the AES, the memory utilization, and the processor utilization as well as the uptime of the server. Each call is scored with a MOS score ranging from 1-5 with 5 being the best quality voice call. Right click on any one of the calls and a sub-menu reveals “Call Streams” or “Call Path” to view more detailed data including associated Jitter.
You can export the data by clicking the “- EXPORT –“ button on the bottom right of the screen and you will be given the option to save the data for your calls into a .CSV file that you can use to share with your team and upload into your ticketing system.
